Customer Happiness Center
The Customer Happiness Center is the Dubai Land Department’s service counter at its main building, where some transactions are submitted in person.
Definition
DLD’s Title transfer application describes the steps: the customer goes to “the Customer Happiness Center at the Land Department – the main building”, submits the required documents to an employee, and the employee enters the transaction into the system. Ordinary sales are registered at Real Estate Registration Trustee offices, as DLD’s Property Sale Registration page explains.
What it shows — and what it does not
Where you go depends on the service. The Customer Happiness Center handles the services whose pages send you there; it is not the default place to register a sale.
Example
Illustrative example: a title transfer made on an official letter from a government entity is submitted at the Customer Happiness Center, while a normal sale between two parties is booked at a trustee office.
