Map Statement / Property Map
A map statement (property map) is the plan of a registered property issued by the Dubai Land Department. DLD issues it as an e-Map.
Definition
DLD’s Property Map Request service “allows property owners to apply for the issuance of a map for a registered property” and issues an e-Map. On a title transfer, DLD sends a link for the title deed and the map by e-mail. DLD lists map fees by type, for example “AED 250 for an apartment map”.
What it shows — and what it does not
The map shows the property’s plan and position as registered. It is not a title document: ownership is shown by the title deed.

Illustrative example: after a transfer is registered, the new owner receives the title deed and the property map link by e-mail.
