Developer NOC Fee
The developer NOC fee is what a developer charges to issue its no-objection certificate for a resale.
Definition
DLD’s Property Sale Registration page requires, in freehold areas, “A no-objection e-certificate (e-NOC) from the developer” via the Dubai REST app, but lists no fee for it. DLD’s FAQ states that “Resale is possible after obtaining a No Objection Certificate from the developer.” No DLD page sets the amount: ask the developer for its current charge.
What it shows — and what it does not
The NOC fee is the developer’s charge, separate from DLD’s registration fees. Any amount quoted should come from the developer in writing.
Example
Illustrative example: a seller asks the developer for its NOC charge and any conditions before issuing, pays it, and the e-NOC is issued for the transfer.
