Noqodi Wallet
Noqodi is a digital wallet for paying government fees. The Dubai Land Department lists the Noqodi wallet as one of the accepted ways to pay its fees on some services — not all of them.
Definition
DLD’s Property Sale Registration page lists four payment methods: ePay, Dubai Pay, Noqodi Wallet and Manager Cheque. The Inheritance Title Transfer page lists a different set — ePay, credit card, cash and manager’s cheque — so check the page for your service. For payment problems DLD publishes a Noqodi support line, 600 503 036.
What it shows — and what it does not
A Noqodi confirmation shows that a fee was paid through the wallet. It is not a receipt for the property price, and it does not show that the transfer is registered — the registration output is the electronic title deed.
Example
Illustrative example: at a sale registration the buyer pays DLD’s fee lines from a funded Noqodi wallet and keeps the payment confirmation in the file. The purchase price is settled separately, as the buyer and seller have agreed.
