Company-to-individual property transfer in Dubai
The property may be ready. The company must be ready too.
We coordinate the defined standard sale of a completed Dubai property from a corporate owner to an individual buyer. Service fee: AED 9,999 + VAT, or AED 10,498.95 including VAT. Official and third-party charges are separate.
Confirm the published standard scope
This service applies where the owner is a company, the buyer is an individual, the property is completed with an issued title deed and the transaction is a sale. Corporate ownership and signing authority must be established, and the entity must have the required DLD registration readiness.
The standard scope assumes the file can follow the applicable authorised trustee process without the exceptional issues listed below.
Cases to review before appointment
Request review if the change is a gift, distribution or restructuring; if the owner is a trust, foundation or another non-standard structure; or if the entity is not registered with DLD. The same applies to dissolution, disputed ownership, unclear signing authority, a registered mortgage or restriction, buyer finance, a power of attorney, or an off-plan property.
These cases need their scope and fee confirmed. Do not buy the standard service simply because a company and an individual are involved.
Ask us to confirm this route before appointment if any of these applies.
The corporate-authority file
Organise the current registration or trade-licence documents, constitutional documents, ownership and management information, relevant resolutions and signatory identification. Add the DLD entity information and any applicable representation, translation or attestation evidence.
The purpose is to establish who owns the property and who is authorised to approve and sign the proposed transaction. The exact document list follows the company’s jurisdiction, structure and instructions.
The property and buyer file
Prepare the current title deed, sale agreement, buyer identity information and developer clearance requirements. Keep the corporate name and identifiers consistent across the property and entity records. Raise any mismatch before the appointment file is prepared.
Where a developer requires a pre-NOC inspection, it remains the developer’s inspection. Any coordination agreed with Conveyance is not a structural survey or snagging inspection.
What we coordinate through registration
We organise the corporate and property evidence, document gaps, developer dependencies, attendance and authority information, payment readiness and the agreed registration follow-through. The authorised trustee processes the official transaction through DLD.
Our service is procedural coordination. It does not replace legal advice on company powers, disputes, distributions or tax consequences. Read the scope and responsibilities.
Appointment and separate charges
If the stated standard scope fits, use the existing appointment journey on this page. Documents can follow through the agreed intake. If an exception applies, ask us to confirm the route first.
Our AED 10,498.95 VAT-inclusive service total excludes official registration charges, trustee partner fees, developer and bank charges, and any required entity, attestation, translation or other third-party services.
