Our service fee is fixed by band. Bands are based on the transaction’s value and complexity expectation. Government and third-party fees are separate and are paid at the relevant stage (e.g., DLD/trustee fees, developer NOC charges, bank fees where applicable).

Standard Fee Categories

Buyer Conveyancing

Applies when acting on behalf of a purchaser.
Fees typically cover:
- Review of sale documentation.
- Title and compliance checks.
- Trustee or escrow coordination.
- Preparation and completion of transfer documentation

Seller Conveyancing

Applies when acting on behalf of a seller.
Fees typically cover:
- Verification of seller authority.
- Review of sale documentation.
- Trustee or escrow coordination.
- Completion of transfer formalities.

Unified Conveyancing

Applies where a single conveyancer is instructed by both buyer and seller.
Fees reflect:
- A single coordinated process.
- Reduced duplication of documentation.
- Neutral procedural handling.
Unified conveyancing is subject to suitability and absence of conflict.

Band explanation

  • Band 1–6 are determined by property value (see pricing cards).
  • If you’re not sure which band applies, use Start Transfer — we’ll route you correctly.
  • If the actual transaction value differs materially from the selected band, we may need to correct the band before completion.

What’s included in the service fee (generic)

  • Process coordination and checklist management
  • Document pack readiness and mismatch prevention
  • NOC/bank step planning and readiness tracking (as applicable)
  • Trustee appointment readiness pack preparation
  • Completion coordination and confirmation

What is separate (third-party fees)

  • DLD/trustee fees and registration fees (paid through approved channels).
  • Developer NOC charges (developer-determined).
  • Bank fees and bank processing costs for mortgage scenarios.
  • Optional legal advice costs for disputes or litigation (if you choose).
