Check the readiness of your Dubai property-transfer file
Find the missing evidence and next actions before the appointment. This check uses Conveyance’s preparation method. It does not certify title, give legal advice or guarantee that an authority will accept the transaction.
Tell us which route you are preparing
Choose sale, gift, secondary off-plan resale or another change. Identify individual or entity ownership, seller mortgage, buyer finance and any representation. Use “not sure” when you do not know. The answers determine which questions are relevant and which need route review.
Answer with evidence, not an assumption
For each relevant check, choose:
- Yes — evidence checked for this purpose.
- You have the relevant current confirmation.
- No — action remains.
- You know the item is missing or unresolved.
- Not sure — confirmation needed.
- You cannot yet confirm the position.
An item is marked “not applicable” only when the route information makes that clear. For example, the seller-lender question is not required where the seller has no mortgage; it is unresolved if that mortgage position is unknown.
The tool loads in a moment. If it does not, the static guidance on this page still applies.
Your result is an action list
- Action needed
- One or more applicable checks have a known outstanding action. Read the named requirement, responsible party and next step.
- Confirmation needed
- No known outstanding action was recorded, but at least one relevant fact or requirement is still uncertain. Confirm it before treating the file as ready.
- Preparation checks recorded
- You marked every applicable check as supported. Reconfirm current documents, payment instructions and acceptance with the relevant organisations before proceeding. This result is not a clearance or registration approval.
- Route review needed
- Your answers describe a non-standard or unclear route. Keep the action list and request a route review before relying on a standard service or fee.
The output for each unresolved item
The result names the check, explains why it matters, identifies the party or organisation usually responsible for the next action and links to the relevant guide. It also shows which later step depends on that evidence.
There is no percentage score that can hide a critical unresolved payment or authority issue.
Use the full standard alongside the tool
Our 20-check transfer-readiness standard explains the complete method and evidence categories. The document checklist helps assemble the supporting file.
Keep private records out of the checker
The questions concern status, not document contents. Do not enter identity numbers, property reference numbers or account details. Print the action list for your own file or contact us through the published enquiry channel.
