Dubai REST
Dubai REST is the Dubai Land Department’s app and platform for real estate services.
Definition
DLD describes Dubai REST as “the smart real estate platform for real estate services”, through which owners can see their properties in a real estate wallet. In a sale, DLD’s Property Sale Registration page asks for a no-objection e-certificate (e-NOC) from the developer in freehold areas, obtained “via Dubai REST App”.
What it shows — and what it does not
Dubai REST is a channel, not a separate authority: what you see and request there are DLD records and services. Which services are open in the app can change, so check the service page for your transaction.
Example
Illustrative example: before booking the transfer, the seller requests the developer’s e-NOC through Dubai REST, and the e-NOC is then used at the trustee office.
