Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided through Conveyance.ae, operated by CENDALE DOCUMENTS CLEARING SERVICES FZCO. , a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.

  1. Service Fees
    All payments made on Conveyance.ae are service fees for administrative facilitation, coordination, and document handling services.
  2. Non-Refundable Services
    Payments are non-refundable once service processing has commenced.
    Service processing includes, but is not limited to:
      – Review of submitted documentation
      – Coordination with third parties
      – Liaison with authorised service providers or authorities
      – Submission or preparation for submission
  3. Eligible Refunds
    A refund may be considered only if:
      – No service processing has commenced, and
      – The refund request is submitted promptly after payment
    Refunds, if approved, are issued at our discretion.
  4. Refund Method & Timeline
    Approved refunds will be:
      – Processed to the original payment method
      – Completed within 7–14 business days
    We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternative methods.
  5. Third-Party Delays or Rejections
    No refunds will be issued for:
      – Delays caused by government entities or third parties
      – Rejection of applications or documents by authorities
      – Changes in regulatory requirements
      – Client-provided errors or incomplete documentation
  6. Cancellations
    Requests to cancel a service must be submitted in writing.
    If cancellation is requested after service processing has commenced, no refund will be issued.
